  Issue occurs when connecting to any instance/host. Users are all using Receiver Using Netscaler VPX version NS nc. Xenapp. Raiser's Edge using Citrix receiver. Error: The published resource is not available currently. Contact your system administrator for further assistance. Symptoms or Error. Error: The published resource is not available currently. Problem Cause. This was being caused by MTU settings.
