Asked by Chris Schrameyer. I have a user accessing XD7. She can login to storefront using IE or Chrome just fine, citrix workspace spinning wheel she can launch most apps.
However, there are two apps hosted on a server that she sometimes cannot launch. When she clicks the app, the spinning wheel appears but the launch file never downloads and receiver never launches so the app doesn't load.

If she accesses the app directly from the Receiver client, it launches. I had the exact same issue, for some users apps would not start and the blue circle kept spinning for ever, after a long time an error message showed : could not contact 'storefront name'. You will be able to leave a comment after signing in.
